OUR POOLS
Pools built for Hudson Valley yards
Charles Burger has built more than a thousand pools one at a time, tailoring each project to the yard, the grade, and the family that will use it.
Inground Pools
Custom and standard inground builds
As the local Fox Pool dealer, Foxx Pools builds standard and custom inground pools with the flexibility to adapt the design to the yard instead of forcing the yard to adapt to a kit. Freeform Fox panels can be changed on site without delaying the project, which matters when excavation reveals new conditions.
All installations are handled in house, not subcontracted out. That hands-on approach is part of why the company stays conservative about trends and focused on methods that hold up in Hudson Valley soil and weather.
The Foxx X-Brace
- Patented X-Brace support keeps the structure self-supporting at all times.
- The deck can be poured immediately without waiting a season for the ground to settle.
- The structure is designed to eliminate frost upheaval.
- The pool can be drained without worry of collapse.
- The pool retains its original shape to protect the investment.
- The X-Brace claims are backed by an independent engineering report.

On-Ground Pools
A smart fit for slopes and difficult lots
Inground durability, above-ground flexibility
An on-ground pool blends inground strength with above-ground shape and design. It can be built fully above grade, half in and half out, or fully in the ground depending on the lot and the look you want.
That flexibility makes on-ground pools especially useful on sloped property, odd building envelopes, swampier soils, or in developments that rule out traditional above-ground pools.
The result can read more like an inground project while still giving the homeowner more room to balance budget, landscape constraints, and timeline.
Above-Ground Pools
A practical entry point into pool ownership
DIY kits only, with proven pool lines
Today's above-ground pools are built to last. Foxx Pools notes an average life span of about 22 years for a steel above-ground pool when it is properly cared for. Current lines include the 52-inch Vista in all aluminum, the 52-inch Costa Del Sol in resin and steel, and the 52-inch Infinity in steel.
Per current brand direction, above-ground pools are offered as DIY kits only. That keeps the offering focused while still giving homeowners a complete package to get started.
What the DIY kit includes
- Swimming pool
- Liner
- Skimmer
- Filtration system
- Maintenance and chemical kit
- A-frame entry system
- Pool alarm
- Winter cover
New York State requires building permits for pool installs. Pools at 52 inches may not require fencing under state guidance, but local code can override that, so Foxx Pools recommends checking with your municipality before ordering.
