Charles Burger has installed pools since 1971. In 1991, he and his wife Juliana started their own family company and became the Fox inground dealer for Ulster and Orange counties. In 1995, that dealership grew to include Dutchess and Putnam counties, and in 2007 they opened the Highland retail facility on Route 9W.
The company's approach stays intentionally conservative about new trends. That does not mean standing still. It means choosing products and methods that make sense for local landscapes, weather, and long-term ownership instead of chasing every new pitch.
The mission remains the same: create a backyard entertainment center with high-quality product, labor, and service, and shape an outdoor room where families can gather for fun, entertainment, exercise, or simply the pleasure of looking out at the water.
